CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service amount. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Open communication helps us avoid applying a no-show fee and allows us to accommodate other clients. No-Call / No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any prior notice or communication will be considered a no-call/no-show. In these cases, the full service amount will be charged, and the card on file will be processed automatically. Late Arrival Policy * Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation. * We understand that unexpected delays can occur. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. * Because we often have appointments scheduled back-to-back, late arrivals may impact our ability to provide your service as scheduled. * Excessive tardiness may result in appointment cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee may be charged to the card on file.
