Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me a 24 hour notice. Within the 24 hours, if appointment is canceled you will be charge 50% of your total service. If you need to reschedule, please communicate with me I understand emergencies happen.
No call no shows
If you don’t call or have no communication with me what so ever, you will be responsible to pay the FULL amount of your total balance. Your card will the automatically charged.
Tardiness
•Please be aware that I do have back to back clients, so please let me know if your running a little late.
•You are given a 15 minute grace period. After those minutes have passed, your appointment will be canceled
